Cooksville 25 Hot Sauce

Using, habanero, cascabell and chipotle chilies, black peppercorns and lemon pepper, the sauce was a hit. We
introduced it in 2017 after adding ghost chilies into the mix to give it some extra heat. Because it was our twenty fifth
sauce it was named, appropriately, 25.

All our sauces are proudly made in Hamilton and we source our peppers and ingredients from local farms in Ancaster, Simcoe and Waterford Ontario.
